Your chance to enter the BCI Awards

CONSTRUCTION'S FINEST teams are this week invited to enter the British Construction Industry Awards and put forward their most successful and innovative projects.

Entries will be examined over six main categories to reflect project size and type.

They will also be judged for a further six special awards including the prestigious Prime Minister's Award for Better Public Building and the government-backed Best Practice Award.

United Utilities chief executive John Roberts will chair the 2005 judging panel, with ICE president Colin Clinton as deputy chairman.

Rethinking Construction chairman Alan Crane again leads the international team.

The results will be announced at a dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 13 October. Full details and entry forms are available from www.bciawards. org. uk and inserted in this issue. Closing date for entries is Thursday 21 April.
