Work available on five bridges in Hong Kong

Hong Kong’s civil engineering and development department has invited companies to tender for work on four traffic bridges and one pedestrian crossing of the Shenzhen River.

The body said work on the five bridges was scheduled to begin in November and wouldl take about 33 months to complete.

It is looking for contractors for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region portion of the infrastructure schemes.

The deadline for applications is noon on 25 September, although contractors not yet on the list of approved contractors for public works should submit by 9 September 2015.
