Found Ocean signs scour remediation agreement

Found Ocean has announced that it has signed a strategic agreement with Delta Sub Sea to provide subsea grouting and scour remediation services in Trinidad, Tobago, and Venezuelan waters.

“Scour is a major concern for companies operating in Trinidad, Tobago, and Venezuela and when left untreated can cause catastrophic damage to pipelines,” said Delta president Scott Dingman.

Delta will contribute logistical and support vessels under the agreement, while Found Ocean will provide offshore inspection and repair expertise. The companies have said that the alliance will provide a full range of subsea pipeline repair and rehabilitation techniques including freespan correction, pipeline support and stabilisation, and pipeline clamp options.
