Bauer is currently working on installing a 16,000m2 retaining wall with 12,000m of anchors and dewatering for the 10m deep basement of the new Schwabinger Tor development.

Construction on the foundations for the new 90,000m2 development of apartments, offices, shops, cafes and hotel is due to be completed in April 2014. The foundations contract has been valued at €7M, while the overall development investment is estimated to be €400M.
