Arcadis and EC Harris win place on Abu Dhabi ports framework

Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC) has appointed consultant Arcadis, along with its subsidiary cost consultant EC Harris, to a three year framework contract to provide masterplanning, engineering design and programme management skills among other services.

EC Harris has been providing project control services for the newly built Khalifa Port & Industrial Zone project for the client.

ADPC is developing all the ports in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (excluding oil, gas and military).

“Given the potential in the region and our growing presence, I foresee more of these opportunities in the near future,” said EC Harris head of transportation in the Middle East Tim Risbridger.
