Marble Arch could be moved into Hyde Park to make way for improved pedestrian access between the park and Oxford Street.

Transport for London (TfL) has said it could be moved piece by piece to a site closer to Speaker's Corner. Until a decision is reached, TfL plans to install pedestrian crossings to allow pedestrians to cross to Hyde Park to reach the monument.
