What do you think of it so far?

Roger Butler, SCE, Foster Wheeler

'In theory we will have to revise our current training scheme and reconsider the type of graduates we take on. We have run a course for members and must now do one that covers both.

'In practice, we usually get over 200 CVs for an opening so we are in a position to choose people with the best degrees. Selecting Associate candidates rather than MEng graduates will take some convincing.'
