Wessex Water unveils AMP6 details

Wessex Water has announced details of its AMP6 water framework, which covers the period 2015 to 2020.

The utility has broken the work into two lots for capital delivery partners; one for civils, and one for M&E.

The works will include the construction of new assets and refurbishment, modifications, and maintenance of existing assets associated with water and waste water treatment works.

Wessex Water will pick up to six capital delivery partners for each lot.

It said the contract period will be for an initial five years to cover the AMP6 period, with the option to extend for a further period of up to five years to cover all or part of AMP7.

Firms have until 14 August 2014 to express interest.

Further information is available in the official OJEU notice.
