Welcome to GE's new website companion

GROUND ENGINEERING has launched a companion website, Ground Engineering Plus (Geplus).

As well as providing information about GE, including upcoming features and media information, users and readers should find the on-line article archive - replacing the long-defunct annual index - particularly useful.

At the moment the archive dates from the January 1998 issue, but there are plans to extend to earlier issues of GE. Articles from our quarterly magazine European Foundations should also follow. As the archive is text only, refereed papers are not included because figures cannot be incorporated. A list of papers and their publication dates will be provided online soon.

The website also includes a regularly updated geodiary, providing an extensive listing of international geotechnical events; highlights of recent issues; and details of how to subscribe to GE.

Geplus has a link to the new on-line version of the Ground Engineering Yearbook, a UK directory of geotechnical companies, as well as links to a number of associations and learned societies in the geotechnical sector.

Ground Engineering Plus can be found at: www. geplus. co. uk
