Business Facilities

Visit the Business Centre on the Atrium Concourse.

Evacuation Procedures

If it becomes necessary to evacuate the building, the following message will be broadcast.

'Attention please, attention please, this is an emergency announcement. Circumstances make it necessary for everyone to leave the building. Please make your way quietly to the nearest exit.'

Lost property

Lost property should be reported to and collected from the Security Office in the Atrium, tel: (0121) 780 4141 ext 2321/2393.

Medical Centre

This is located alongside Hall 10 in the Atrium. Tel: (0121) 780 4141 ex 2222

Organisers Office

This is situated adjacent to the entrance to Hall 12.

Post Office

A post office is located opposite National Westminster Bank in the Piazza, which can be reached via the pedestrian link. There is a post box/stamp vending machine in the Atrium, adjacent to Hall 7.

Security

For security reasons you are requested to wear your badge at all times. Any security problems should be reported to the Organisers Office.

Seminars

Seminar theatres are situated within the exhibition halls - please see the floor plan onpages 50-51.

Taxis

Taxis are available outside both NEC entrances. Taxi freephones are situated within the foyer of the Atrium.

Telephones

Public telephones can be found on the Concourse.

Toilets

The position of toilet facilities is marked on the floor plan, pages 50-51.
