Video | Chinese skyscraper goes up at three storeys a day

Chinese construction firm Broad Sustainable Building has released a video showing it putting up a skyscraper at a rate of three storeys a day.

The firm built the 57-floor, 180,000m2 Mini Sky City in Hu Nan using advanced pre-fabrication techniques.

The video shows lorries delivering huge panels that are lifted and slotted into position by six huge cranes.

Broad says its techniques saved 15,000 concrete delivery vehicles over the course of the project.
