Turner & Townsend merges with Ferzan Robbins & Associates

Programme manager Turner & Townsend has merged its New York operations with fellow US project management firm Ferzan Robbins & Associates to help increase growth in the country.

Turner & Townsend will merge its New York operations with Ferzan Robbins & Associates, resulting in the firm having over 170 staff in five US locations. Ferzan Robbins & Associates has an annual revenue of $5M (£3.2M).

The merger allows the company to provide consultancy, delivery, operations and programme management services to clients that invest in, own and operate assets in the US. The firm announced its intentions to grow in the US in its last annual review, and said the merger is in response to client demand.

Turner & Townsend global chief executive Vincent Clancy said many of its US clients are owner occupiers with extensive portfolios requiring “integrated support”.
