Turner & Townsend expands in South America

Cost consultant Turner & Townsend is following the trend to head across the Atlantic to South America by announcing it will open two new offices in Brazil and Peru.

Turner & Townsend’s two new offices will increase its regional prescence to three offices, with a further operation in Chile.

South America has already this week been touted as a ‘hotspot’ as NCE’s Tunnelling 20 Twenty conference in Hong Kong was told by Halcrow global tunnelling director Martin Knights that Latin American countries such as Brazil, Mexico and Argentina were set to be the next big area for tunnelling workload.
