Turn of Fraser

It is high time someone complained about the atrocious puns heading letters in the Readers write column. This week's headlines include A way in a manager and Bomb steer and must be among the worst yet.

However, since no-one has complained (as far as I am aware) may I offer my congratulations, and suggest that a competition be held to nominate the worst ever?

My nomination would be the unforgettable 'Humphrey Lyttleton' (Humps free - little done).

Keep up the good work.

Andrew Fraser, accident unit manager, Central Scotland Roads AIU, Technical Services Huts, Viewforth, Stirling, FK8 2ET
