Turkey is to use a $35M loan from the European Investment Bank for wastewater treatment in the city of Samsun, partfi nancing construction of a new wastewater treatment plant in Kutlikent, a deepsea outfall into the Black Sea, and the upgrading and extension of the wastewater collection and drainage system in the city.
