The four-year agreement will cover a range of Scottish transport infrastructure projects including the A9 and A96 Trunk Roads Dualling projects.
Transport Scotland will appoint up to 10 firms to the framework, which could be worth £42M in total.
Projects will include:
- boring and drilling;
- trial pits;
- in-situ monitoring and testing;
- geophysical survey techniques;
- laboratory testing;
- factual reporting; and
- provision of digital data.
The deadline for responses is 8 August 2014.
