Traffic speeds increased

Traffic speeds in central London have increased since introduction of the congestion charge, say 67% of companies polled by market researcher Oxford Economic Forecasting for Transport for London.

About half the companies surveyed said deliveries and servicing were better. Bus and underground delays have fallen but national rail delays are worse. Delays cost business £1.2bn a year.
