Time to smile

What is the matter with Phil Collier (Letters 4 November)? I gather that the (M) after his name stands for miserable.

The world needs more people like Joanna Lumley with useful ideas and refreshing smiles. She spends her time and offers her comments constructively.

And by the way, it seems that Phil does have time to ponce around making patronising statements about other professions!
