The Ministry of Defence

The Ministry of Defence has invited four bidders to tender for its £600M plus regional prime contract in the South West. They are Cirrus Prime Services (Costain, Scott Wilson and Group Four), Debut Services (Bovis Lend Lease and Babcock), Interserve Defence, and Prime Serve (Balfour Beatty and Atkins). The regional prime contract will involve all capital and maintenance projects at 300 sites for seven years.
