The Greater London Authority


The Greater London Authority said the capital's congestion charge has cut congestion by 30% since it was introduced a year ago. The number of bus passengers in London has risen by 29,000. A Transport for London survey of 700 businesses said the impact of the charge on businesses was negligible in terms of London's economy.
