The Gallery | London Bridge station reopens

London Bridge station has reopened after a ten-day shutdown to complete some major engineering projects over the Christmas period.

The work was part of the £1bn five-year transformation of the station as part of the Thameslink Programme.

The latest work saw the final section of the new concourse completed, which will be accessed by 15 platforms. The final five platforms were also completed, meaning Cannon Street trains will once again stop at the station.

Tracks in and out of the station have also been remodelled.
