The bigger picture

The new Arsenal stadium is the centrepiece of a much bigger £500M project to regenerate a run down part of north London. The stadium site will include social housing and privately owned homes. The old Highbury stadium will be turned into residential property.

The project will be accompanied by an upgrade of nearby Holloway Road Underground station, which will deliver spectators to the west side of the new stadium.
