Thameslink throughservices resume

Thameslink throughservices from Bedford to Brighton will resume on Monday, following completion of the new 400m long, 23m wide station box at London St Pancras. The box will eventually replace the ageing King's Cross Thameslink station. It is being delivered as part of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link works. The through service was severed last September to allow joint venture contractor Costain/ Laing-O'Rourke/Bachy/ Emcor Rail to break into the Thameslink tunnel.
