Five major office buildings with high standards of finish have been delivered within an attractively landscaped setting, to programme and under budget.
They are already filled with satisfied tenants and the spacious yet overflowing car parks can be taken as one measure that the developmentis thriving.
Admittedly the £120/sqft price in the budget was well above the cheapest end of the office market but the client's approach to getting what was wanted was refreshing.
In effect, the instruction was: 'This is the quality I want. That's the rate I'm paying per unit area. If you can do it for less you keepall the savings.'
