Thailand is to get its own local association after Council approved its constitution and by-laws this month. ICE membership in the Kingdom stands at 130, and one of the main aims of the association will be to promote the ICE and benefits of membership. The association will be entitled to bid for funds like any other, but travel to meetings held at Great George Street will not be funded.
