Temporary lights

A single line of traffic controlled by temporary lights will be allowed back across the Tredington-Aschurch bridge over the M5 in Gloucestershire later this week, the Highways Agency has confirmed. The bridge, which sprang to fame when thaumasite sulphate attack was discovered in its foundations earlier this year (NCE 2 April), was closed last week after an HGV crashed into its central pier.
