Investigations have begun into the partial collapse of a temporary grandstand at Lincolnshire Showground on Sunday. Twenty one people were treated in hospital after a section of grandstand gave way during the annual Grapevine event. West Lindsey District Council is leading the probe, assisted by a Health & Safety Executive specialist who arrived on Tuesday.
