Video | Final phase of London Bridge redevelopment

Network Rail has given a glimpse of the massive engineering project going on at London Bridge station as it continues the final phase of the £1bn redevelopment.

Behind the hoardings at London Bridge station ahead of engineering work throughout 2017.

Part of the Thameslink Programme, the work currently being undertaken at the station includes a new street-level concourse. Foundations are also being put in for the station façade. The pre-cast bridge decks to support three platforms and steelwork canopies are also being constructed.

It will be completed next year.
