FM Conway wins £40M London roads job

Stratford, newham

FM Conway has won two highways contracts with a combined value of £40M from the London Borough of Newham.

Each contract is worth up to £20M and includes civil engineering services, highway maintenance and drainage work. The two parties have already been working together for a decade.

“These contract wins are testament to the benefits of our self-delivery approach. By using our own specialist teams, materials, plant and equipment to deliver projects, we are able to drive efficiencies for our customers while delivering a high-quality service for Newham’s residents and businesses,” said FM Conway term maintenance director James Tallon.

“For the past 10 years we have worked with Newham to support its highways infrastructure, delivering successful projects for the local community such as the £1.5M public realm upgrade at Stratford Broadway, and we look forward to continuing to support the council and the public.”
