Tarmac chief executive Neville Simms will be cheering on his native Scotland. 'My heart would like to say Scotland will win, but my head says that Brazil and Germany are still the teams to beat.' Showing a talent for soccer punditry Simms adds: 'Both England and Scotland have an opportunity to make their mark as this will be an unusually open contest - particularly with the emerging African nations posing a real threat to the established European and South American sides.' Simms is impressed with the new and upgraded stadia. 'New stadia that offer safety, comfort and a good view have to be a boon for football.'
