Sustainable development conference

ICE news

ICE East of England is holding a conference on sustainable development in the light of government plans to build 500,000 new homes in the region by 2021. Speakers include the Environment Agency, Friends of the Earth, and TFL. A debate accompanying the conference will consider whether development will create a 'concrete jungle or a nature reserve'.
