Soap and flannel


NCE is generally well laid out and informative - especially with plenty of www links for further information. The use of humour is also welcome.

However I was speaking to a gentleman who runs a motorcar repair facility in Walford. He thinks that a magazine purporting to represent professional engineers should be publishing guidelines on how to build footbridges that do not wobble rather than TV reviews that are so rude to the millions of people who enjoy watching 'Eastenders'.
