Project description

This was the first and currently the only PWR nuclear power station delivering 1200MW to the national grid. Davis Langdon delivered independent cost consulting services for the civil and structural work; to time (8 years) and to budget (circa £3.6bn).

Elean Data Campus

Project description

A data centre campus where energy is generated, consumed and distributed effi ciently across multiple uses and technologies. Davis Langdon is providing independent cost planning to ensure delivery of a 40% reduction in electricity consumption and a 25% per annum reduction in tenant utility bills.

■ Costing of interdependent utilities systems and associated infrastructure.

ESCO Brokerage

Project description

An innovative service is being developed to facilitate and manage the commercial aspect of creating an ESCO. They help all parties achieve a balance between competitive pricing and revenue generation.

■ Creating an appealing investment that aff ords a good ROI.

■ Minimising the risk of becoming an energy supplier whilst maximising the revenue potential.
