Sharing information

Bentley Hall; Project 3

Wright has documented the design and construction process and will be presenting a report to the M4I board. Willmott-Dixon is to mount an exhibition describing the project, but agreed only after what Bowles describes as 'coercion' by the Treasury. If Willmott-Dixon were a smaller contractor, the cost of exhibiting relative to the margins gained on the project would preclude information sharing, says Bowles. M4I needs to develop cheaper strategies for knowledge exchange.
