With regard to recent letters about the ballot to increase ICE subscription fees (NCE last week), the membership satisfaction survey mentioned sought to discover key concerns from members and improve services accordingly.
The Leadership Factor, an independent and respected market research company, polled 1,224 members representing a randomly selected cross-section of nonactive members via a telephone survey.
The size of this sample and the way it was conducted leave us in no doubt that it was a reliable and robust analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, of members' views.
Members stated that they wanted to see improvement in five key areas and these have been incorporated into the business plan approved by Council.
