Record results at RPS

Environment, development and property group RPS today announced record results for the year ending 31 December 2006.
Turnover was up 36% from £217.8M to £296.8M and pretax profit jumped up 43% to £34.6M from £24.3M.A particularly strong performance in the energy and environmental management markets, and continued development of planning and development in the UK contributed to the strong results./p> 'Acquisitions (including Burks Green) made in recent months will support our continued growth. Further acquisitions are likely, said RPS chairman Brook Land.
