Civils 2006, now an annual main event for the construction industry, is running from 28-30 November this year in the National Hall of the Olympia exhibition centre in West London.

Geotechnical and foundation technology is a major ingredient in the mix of new products, services and ideas on show from a wide variety of manufacturers, consultants and suppliers. New technology also features strongly in an extensive programme of seminars and talks.

Leading figures in civil engineering will look at regeneration, transport and infrastructure, and energy and the environment.

Ground Engineering takes a look over the next 12 pages at what will be in the mix.
