Pressure mounts on would-be communicators

FIERCE COMPETITION in the divisional rounds of the NCE Communication Competition 2001 has left 12 teams still standing and ready to do battle for a place in the final, to be held in Bath on 19 June.

The teams will now fight it out in three regional rounds to be held in the coming weeks, when the four-man teams will again be trying to sell their fictional projects to a hostile audience.

All are welcome to attend what are sure to be lively meetings. Those who have themselves been on the receiving end of a hot-tempered public meeting should particularly enjoy venting any pent up emotion.
