Praise be to RESUS

Letters

There are many organisations and projects tackling the waste issue from many different starting points. I appreciate that you could not list all of them in the article.

However, one that surely should be included is RESUS (Recycling & Sustainability in Civil Engineering), a project supported by the ICE Research & Development Fund on the recycling of materials and use of sustainable processes in civil engineering. It has a website - www. resusengineer.co.uk - and is part way through stage one of its development.
