Percentage of reason

If the Institution wants to have an accurate salary survey, I suggest that it links annual subscriptions to the salary that engineers earn.

With an annual subscription of £183 for a member earning an average of £43,000, just 0.42% of their salary would provide the same income for the ICE.

However, I suspect there would be a huge deficit if this figure was used - around 1% of salary would be nearer the mark.
