On the web

Details of all the issues and cases discussed in the magazine will be available on NCE's new legal website at www. legal.

Using the Lovells project and engineering team's collection of case studies, NCE readers will have access to a host of background information to explain the basis of judgements.

As issues are covered in the magazine, the site will expand on the ideas raised so that readers will have all the information they need to understand construction law - or at least know when they need to speak to a lawyer.

Again readers will be able to email their thoughts, questions and experiences directly to Professor Capper and the Lovells projects and engineering team.

All information will be treated in confidence but could be used as the basis for examples in futures issues of the magazine.

Send your queries to projects. engineeringteam@ lovells. com
