On the spot

Ben Koster

Age: 55

Job: Programme organiser

Education: Civil Engineering studies at Technical College Dordrecht. Courses in project planning and scheduling. Joined Nederhorst 'but it was taken over by Hollandsche Beton Groep'

Best job: This one. It is the first time in 12 years I have lived near to home which is now in Germany.

Worst job: Five years ago in Berlin. It was our first job in Germany and as with many first jobs we lost money. It makes the team difficult

Anything else: I used to have a yacht and love sailing. My wife's ill health has forced me to giveit up.
