Olympic stadium conversion contract advertised

A contract has been advertised to help transform the 2012 Olympic Stadium into West Ham United’s home ground.

The London Legacy Development Corporation posted a contract notice in OJEU for the fit out of the East London stadium.

The arena is being converted in readiness for hosting football matches, athletics meets and other major sporting and non-sporting events.

Works under this latest contract will include supply and installation of wall, floor and ceiling finishes, as well as second fix engineering services.

Contractors have until 14 October to register an interest in the work.
