Nuclear view at odds with ICE

Letters

As an engineer who has worked in the nuclear industry for more than 20 years, I welcome the current debate on energy supplies as issues are at last being openly discussed.

Unfortunately, the letter from our President Mark Whitby published in The Times on 3 September contributed nothing of value to this debate.

As it appears to represent his own personal opinion and not that of the ICE Energy Board, I take exception to his use of the Institution's name. I trust that the members of the Energy Board will make their feelings known.
