Geotechnical engineering design and management

Modular course developed with industrial guidance following EPSRC Integrated Graduate Development Scheme. Wide range of geotechnical and management modules including site investigation, engineering geology, earthworks and slopes, contaminated land, ground improvement, numerical modelling, geosynthetics and foundation engineering, construction safety, construction law, people management and project planning. Modules run for six or seven weeks, combining home learning, assignments and university attendance. Minimum time to complete the MSc (10 modules plus a work-related project) is 2 1/4years; maximum six years. Delegates can join at any time.
