A COMPANY HAS been launched to address overcharging of the construction industry by solicitors. Focusing primarily on construction businesses as a key sector affected by large legal bills, Legal Costmasters is a team of barristers, solicitors, legal executives and costs draftsmen specialising in legal costs.

The company will examine legal bills on a 'no win no fee' basis. If a bill is higher than it should be it will negotiate with the relevant solicitor or seek the assistance of the court to get it reduced, charging a commission on the saving gained.
