ICE news

Nigel Thurston of Tamworth is the winner of a trip to China, courtesy of the ICE's prize draw for members who agreed to pay their 2003 subscription by direct debit. He wins tickets to the third international conference on current and future trends in bridge design, construction and maintenance to be held in Shanghai on 2830 April. Five runners up prizes of a year's free ICE membership went to Stephen Reville of Belfast, Ian Sutherland of Colchester, David Charters of Dunedin, New Zealand, Daniel Powrie of Leeds and Robert Marsden of Nantwich.
