Seven finalists for the NCE Graduate Awards drawn from a record 62 entries were interviewed last week by a panel of judges. Finalists were:

Rachel Battilana of Buro Happold; Alex Holt of British Waterways; Louise Mitchell of Ferguson McIlveen, Nicola Morris of Wormald Burrows, Amy Worsell of Babtie, and John Crawshaw and Carolyn Wright, both from Mott MacDonald.
