Union Railways (North) has awarded the final major civil engineering contract for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. The £170M contract 108 covers the refurbishment and fit out of London's St Pancras station, and has been won by a consortium of Costain, O'Rourke Civil Engineering, Bachy Soletanche and Emcor Drake & Scull.

Airport operator BAA has organised a series of recruitment roadshows to fill more than 5,000 jobs created by the Terminal 5 project. The first, at Heathrow Airport today, will include representatives from Laing, O'Rourke, Morgan Vinci and Amec. Find out more on 0208 250 4741.
