A Hochtief Norwest Holst joint venture has this week won the final civil engineering contract to be awarded on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL). Also included are the shell of a new international station at Ebbsfleet Valley, a 500m cut and cover tunnel, roadworks and bridges.
